4th ADJUSTMENTS BUDGET 2020/2021: ADJUSTMENTS BUDGET AND REVISED SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) FOR 2020/2021

Notice is hereby given in terms of section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that Council approved the 4th Adjustments Budget for 2020/2021 on 26 May 2021 in terms of section 29 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (MFMA)

Copies of the aforementioned documents are available for public perusal during normal office hours at the offices of the Area Managers in Gansbaai, Stanford, Hermanus and Kleinmond, in all the public libraries in the Overstrand, the Corporate Head Office of the municipality in Hermanus

and on the municipality’s website at www.overstrand.gov.za

Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge artikel 21A van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsels, 2000 (Wet 32 van 2000) dat die Raad die 4de Aansuiwerings-begroting vir 2020/2021, ingevolge artikel 29 van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur, 2003 (Wet 56 van 2003), op 26 Mei 2021 goedgekeur het.

Afskrifte van bovermelde dokumente sal gedurende kantoorure by die kantore van die Areabestuurders in Gansbaai, Stanford, Hermanus en Kleinmond, in alle openbare biblioteke in die Overstrand, die Korporatiewe Hoofkantoor van die munisipaliteit te Hermanus en op die munisipale webwerf by www.overstrand.gov.za vir die publiek, ter insae wees.
